Legal Aid Service

Wilson Terris & Co. are registered to provide civil advice and assistance and legal aid to those who qualify. Legal aid allows people who would not otherwise be able to afford it to instruct a solicitor to assist with their legal problems.

We are able to offer clients the benefit of applying for legal aid on a selective range of civil and family law issues.

The Scottish Legal Aid Board is responsible for managing legal aid in Scotland. It is a non-departmental public body set up under the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.
